Our Wine Bar under Brownkortes Restaurant is available for christmas work functions.
The relaxing atmosphere, mixed with magnificent local wines and Boutique beers, light meals and a great deck is a must for anyone wanting a lazy friday evening, after work drinks party, or just to relax before an end of year gathering for dinner in our fabulous restaurant.
After successfully launching the restaurant and our first autumn menu the boys have now introduced their new winter menu full of European sophistication and style with local produce like, wild rabbits, pigeons, ducks and sweetbreads. Prepared the classical way with a modern twist matched with some of the best local full bodied reds including the famous 2006 Evelyn County Pinot Noir and Red Box Cab Sav reserve.
On popular demand some of the dishes of our previous menu have remained on our winter menu like the pork belly, porterhouse and chicken saltinbocca.
We are currently working with a local game supplier that will allow us to produce specials that are classical European with our own personal touch.
