The first level welcomes you with an open plan living area. The lounge room’s showpiece is a unique open fire that will keep you warm and cozy on cool nights. The well appointed kitchen has a gas hotplate, oven, microwave, dishwasher and butler’s kitchen and overlooks a lavender garden. The dining area is set in a floor to ceiling bay window that features a spring fed dam.

A few stairs up and you will find three large bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. Walk up a few more steps to the spacious main bedroom with en-suite, as well as your own private deck where you can watch the sun set and spot some kangaroos.

There are 4 bedrooms (3 x queens and 1 x single) to accommodate a total of 7 people.
